The cedar clapboards and rotted trim is removed.

30lb. Feltpaper is also used at windows and corners for extra protection of sheathing boards.

All window trim was also removed, Rabah installing felt paper.

New frost proof faucets. When off, the valve turns off 12" inside pipe preventing freezing.

Siding demolition

Water damaged sheathing. We will replace with new for a solid surface.


Rotted fascia under gutter. All rotted trim will be replaced with pvc boards by azek.
