Project progress

New trim, fascia and cornerboards are installed. Once all the exterior trim is re-done we will have the painter apply two coats of finish before siding install.

Window trim fabrication

The new trim applied to window frame. We added a slightly larger drip cap on the head piece for run-off. It is joined with azek glue and stainless fasteners.


All the trim is joined by pocket jig construction.

PVC corners and fascia

New 1x8 pvc fascia. The ice and water shield get locked in behind the 1x2 strip avoiding potential ice daming.
Each corner gets plumbed level and secured with stainless finish screws. Large 5/4 x 6" corner post. All one piece PVC with
no seams
Squaring up the openings for the 3 season porch.
